Cooperation between the West Pomeranian Indian Chamber of Commerce and the Adam Smith Centre
The West Pomeranian Indian Chamber of Commerce intends to collaborate with the number one independent Institute in Poland, namely the Adam Smith Centre. Plans for the coming year were discussed in Warsaw on 12th June this year during the meeting between Mariusz Łuszczewski, the President of the Chamber, and Andrzej Sadowski, the founder and the President of the Centre.
The collaboration between the two organisations started in January this year with the organisation by the Chamber’s visit to the Global Economic Summit in New Delhi.
The Foundation of the Adam Smith Centre, which is the first independent institute in Poland, was established on 16th September 1989 as a continuation of the Economic Action launched on 3rd December 1988. Its mission is to promote and support the free market based on freedom, morality and responsibility, as well as supporting activities and institutions contributing to economic growth and strengthening of the market economy based on the respect to private ownership, freedom of contracts and reduced interference of the state into economic processes.
